Infused Oils

To add another layer of flavour when cooking, I highly recommend using homemade infused oils.  It is easy to make, it is cheap and tastes amazing. 



At home I always ensure I have chili olive oil and rosemary and garlic infused olive oil.

  3. Yes the oils can be used for cooking or even for oil dips. The chili oil has a bit of a spicy kick and the rosemary and garlic infused oil is great for chicken.
